Was a Professional Catch Dog at Dorsey's Trophy Hunters Lodge and the Feature Dog on the 1997 Show tape, all before his Second birthday.. Since I bought him from Jay Dorsey I put a Canine Good Citizen on him . His work as a Professional Catch dog has earned him a CD3 from the American Bulldog Association where he is also registered.
And he Passed OFA with a OFA GOOD
at 52 months old ! Calling Hog Hammer a Stable Dog is a Understatement ! He is 100% Trustworthy with small children and was never raised with them.. He will do bite work for fun ,but loves people.. We once had a guy with a hidden Sleeve go after me and Hammer did his job. I am Very Proud of him and what he has Produced so far. He is the Classic Alabama Farm Utility Dog !

Was the Most Prey Driven dog I have ever owned or seen ! She once grabbed a Rocking Horse my the (yarn) main .Im glad no one was on it !! She has grabbed Statues of birds and other animals because she thought they were real.. Her Fight Drive on Hogs or Man was "Off the Chart" as well ! She wasnt bad with other dogs. We used to kennel her right next to a female AB with only one layer of fence between her and the other female and she was fine.. She would let me do what ever I wanted to her. After a hunt she would watch me sow her up and lick me while I was doing it . But She Did Not Like Strangers ! She had NO USE for anyone other then her owners. And was Very Affectionate with us. She would Cry each night I came home from work until I would pet her...Then she would be fine.


When I first Started Breeding the dogs I have now "Well Known breeders" would say " Hog Dogs Wont Do Protection" !
I proved them Wrong my First Breeding out of Hog Hammer to Sister Sledge !
WAR will Do Both Protect and Catch, with the same Intense Fight Drive Both his parents are Famous for.. And Passed OFA with a Fair just like his Mom. WAR is almost the Perfect cross of Hammer and Sis . WAR is fine with strangers and can be handled by anyone on a hunt .Yet, keeps a watchful eye on strangers when on my leash. He has Never failed us Catching anywhere !
